These terms apply to the Все Наши ("Vse Nashi") loyalty programme operated by Individual Entrepreneur Roman Aleksandrovich Kazakevich (OGRNIP 320246800052499, INN 246114351572). By creating an account you accept them.
Все Наши is a loyalty programme: you earn points when you pay at participating venues and spend them on later bills.
Nothing is sold in the app: there is no ordering, delivery, booking or payment in it.
Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. One account per person.
Points are earned at the rate set by the venue and can be spent at any participating venue, within the share of the bill that venue allows.
Points are not money: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
Points do not expire at the moment. We will announce any change in advance.
Points are earned and spent by the cashier when you pay. If a receipt is cancelled, its points are reversed.
Venues are independent businesses and are responsible for their food, service and prices.
A friend's referral code can be entered once, when registering. Abuse of the referral programme cancels the reward.
We may suspend an account or cancel points obtained by mistake or through abuse.
We try to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it is always available. The service is provided as is, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses.
You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Unspent points are cancelled and cannot be restored.
We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the app.
